I work on the door line where quality requirements are extraordinarily high. My work is challenging and exciting with many opportunities to learn and grow.
Here at the Gent, Belgium plant, Tower has brought together people of many different ethnic backgrounds, races and talents and formed them into one team. I'm very proud of the multicultural environment. It sets a good example for other companies.

I started as an apprentice at the Zwickau plant and have successfully completed my apprenticeship. I now work in the press shop as a skilled worker. Tower offers development opportunities for everyone. My goal is to go to advanced training and become a certified technician or master craftsman. Tower will help me get there.
What I like best about working at Tower Automotive is the team spirit and supportiveness. Everyone works together and whenever there is a challenge, we work as a team to find a solution.
